APPLICATIONS COMPLETED BEFORE JANUARY 15TH WILL BE DELETED FROM THE SYSTEM. Anyone who registers for the drawing after March 6th will be added to the waitlist and will not be included in the March 11th drawing. Parents are strongly encouraged to attend the training.
