Junior and Senior High Chapters
West End High School
The National Beta Club recognizes excellence in
scholarship, leadership and character. West End High School has been
affiliated with the National Beta Club since 1949 and with the Junior
High Club for the past forty years. This affiliation has benefited
students by providing opportunities for scholarships as well as recognizing
our clubs as outstanding service organizations for the last several
years.
Membership in Junior Beta is open to all students
in grades seven, eight and nine, and requires an A or B average in
each subject attempted. Membership is held through the middle school
career, and is extended to students who meet the requirements for
the club.
