  • Assessment to Replace ARMT
Tuesday, May 6th and Wednesday May 7th
Please make every effort to have your child at school and on time during ACT Aspire.  If a student arrives after testing begins they will not be admitted to class until testing is complete.  Any student missing a test will have to make them up.
Please avoid checking your student out during testing, teachers will be reveiwing in the afternoons following tests.  Thank you for your cooperation and support during this very important time.  Our teachers and students work hard to prepare for testing.  Each year GES has met the accountability requirements set by the State Department of Education, and it is our goal to continue to do so.  Please help us maintain our excellence.

  • New main entrance  Due to Construction, we have a new entrance into the school.  You will now enter the school through the doors under the awning.  The doors are locked at all times, you will need to use the buzzer on the right wall to contact the office and someone will buzz you in.  Please wait at the chairs on the left side of the hall and someone will meet you there.  Remember there will be no checkouts after 2:15, the bus lanes in front of the school must be clear to load students. Thank you for your cooperation and patience during our construction process.
