Summer workouts are here. Workouts are voluntary but highly recommended. They will help make you stronger, faster, and better prepared for the upcoming season. Workouts will begin Monday, June 8 at 8:00 AM. We will workout every Monday and Thursday during the summer except July 2 and 6 for the 4th of July and August 3. Workouts are held at the middle school field house. Practice will begin on August 6 at 3:00 PM.
