Website (always!) Under Construction! Thanks for visiting our new website. On the student pages, you'll find information about your child's major assignments. Also you'll find some websites with which I am familiar or links which have been highly recommended to me. Even though I feel confident the information and links included are safe and might be beneficial to you and your child, I do ask that you check them occasionally in case inappropriate material has been added that I did not find. Parenting can be so difficult. Please know that teachers are here to help your child become the very best person he or she has the ability to be. When your child does well in school, that is a great reflection on us both! If you have any questions about our class, feel free to send me an email, and I'll do my best to respond quickly.

Tennessee Titans, And the most important part of my life....familyMy husband, Kerry, holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Alabama and works at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. Our oldest daughter, Megan, is a graduate of Samford University with a B.S. in music and a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Medicine. Recently, she completed her first year of pediatric residency at UAB/Children's Hospital. She and her husband Josh are "parents" to Benson the Weimeraner. Josh owns a web design firm in Birmingham.Ginger is our youngest daughter. She is a graduate from the University of Alabama and is following in her sister's footsteps as a physician. She recently started her family medicine residency through the University of Alabama School of Medicine at Druid City Hospital in Tuscaloosa and hopes to do a fellowship in sports medicine. She still plays basketball every Friday afternoon and recently ran her fourth half marathon!Whenever we can all get together, we love traveling to a new city or national park. The beach is by far our favorite, but water and snow skiing are "up there" too. After my recent trip to New Mexico, I was able to check my 48th state off my bucket list. To visit all 50 will help me fulfill a dream I've had since high school. Visit the above photo gallery for recent pictures from my travels to Europe and around the United States. Life is good! |
