I grew up in Gadsden, AL. My college degree is from JSU. I have two graduate degrees; one from the University of Alabama, and the other from JSU. I taught kindergarten and was an elementary school librarian before coming to Southside High School in 2001.
My husband Jim and I have two children, Melody and Benjamin.Both of them are graduates of SHS. Melody is married to Chris Oakley. We go to MeadowBrook Baptist Church. Yellow is my favorite color! I love baby animals, music, flowers, popcorn, peanuts, and books!!
